      DAY 1: ARRIVAL AND ACCOMMODATION

This is the day when you arrive calmly at the venue and get into the mood for the weekend. Upon arrival, you'll be accommodated in a comfortable hotel, then you'll collect your motorbike (or prepare your own equipment) and take a moment to get everything wrapped up without rushing.

At 6pm we meet for dinner, followed by a short organisational meeting: you'll meet the instructors, the training plan and routes for the following days, you'll get the most important logistical information and we'll answer your questions. And then? Just a relaxed evening in good company - an evening of beer, conversation and a reset, before we head out to the square and the training track the next day.

DAY 2 (FRIDAY) - ADVENTURE TRAINING: CONFIDENCE AND CONTROL ON ALL SURFACES

This is the most intensive day of the weekend - practice from morning to afternoon, led by certified BMW Motorrad instructors according to a methodology that has been building confidence and safety in adventure riding for years. We start quietly, step-by-step, and finish with an off-road ride where you'll apply everything you've practised on the square in real-life conditions.

      08:00 - breakfast
09:00 - safety briefing and plan for the day
Group riding rules, training objectives, division into groups and key arrangements.

Part I - Motorcycle control and Adventure technique foundations

      • Warm-up ride and familiarisation with the motorbike

      • Introduction to Adventure riding technique (short, practical principles that you implement immediately in the exercises)

      • Walking with the motorbike / control on the spot: handling left and right, clutch and gas work, conscious management of the centre of gravity (optional also with trunks)

      • Seated and standing riding: building the correct position, working with the eyes, control of the accelerator handle on loose and uneven pavement

      • Turning and precision: slalom with different spacing, riding at low speed, body work and trajectory determination

      14:00 - Lunch break

Part II - braking, climbs and translating skills to real terrain

      • Stop&Go: starting and stopping on loose ground, conscious use of the rear brake, grip control and precision (exercises in training mode)

      • Gentle ascents and descents: body position, technique, reaction to changes in terrain, breaking through barriers and building confidence

      • Downhill braking: speed control and safe braking in conditions with less grip - understanding the workings of assistance systems

      • Balancing and ruts: body balance, gaze direction, 'dynamic' position to prepare for more efficient off-road riding

      • Off-roadtraining - group ride: shared ride along a proven route, where you will use elements practised on the square in real conditions, under the guidance of an instructor and with a short debrief along the way

19:00 - Dinner and conclusion of the day.

After dinner, the best part of 'off the motorbike' begins: recovery time and a relaxed evening. You can pop out for a beer, use the pool, spa and wellness area or just relax - the hotel has plenty of activities and you finally have a moment to enjoy the weekend in peace.

DAY 3 (SATURDAY) - BESKID ŚLĄSKI & MIĘDZYBRODZIE: ADVENTURE IN PRACTICE + RIDING EXPERIENCE

After Friday's exercises on the square comes the best moment: a real route where you will use your new skills right away. Saturday is a loop of around 200 km guided through the local 'flavours' of the Silesian Beskid - with legal gravel sections, mountain passes and viewpoints that are impressive not just in pictures. This is the day when your "I can" turns into "I do it naturally".

The route is flexible and adaptable to the conditions - so that it's off-road but comfortable and safe. The plan includes the Żar Mountain (ascent along a gravel route), the Międzybrodzkie region and rides towards Istebna. Along the way, there will be coffee breaks, views and sections that are ideal for quietly perfecting the technique.

At the same time, you get a strong element of the BMW Riding Experience: in practice, on a normal route, under the guidance of an instructor, you will get to know the motorbike's behaviour on different surfaces and learn to consciously use its capabilities - including the work of the assistance systems, settings and the motorbike's reaction in braking, in corners and on looser ground. It's exactly the difference between 'just riding' and riding with confidence and control.

      08:00 - breakfast
09:00 - briefing with instructors and departure for the course

14:00 - lunch at a local restaurant on the route

18:00 - return to the hotel

When you return, it's time to reward yourself after a well-travelled day: relaxation, pool or spa, and in the evening, casual conversation and a beer. After all, it's a weekend designed to give you not only progress on your motorbike, but also a real reset - ADV style at its best.

DAY 4 (SUNDAY) - FINAL LOOP, DEBRIEFING AND RETURN HOME

Sunday is the finale in perfect style: a shorter, scenic loop through the countryside and a quiet closure to the whole weekend. It's the moment when you consolidate what you've already 'got into the blood' after Friday and Saturday - no pressure, pure enjoyment of the ride and the feeling that you've really made progress.

      08:00 - breakfast
09:00 - briefing with instructors and departure for the route
The route is approx. 120 km long and is planned so that you can practice the key elements of the technique once again - in the natural, touristic conditions of the Silesian Beskid.

14:00 - lunch at the hotel
After lunch, we return to logistics: return of the motorbikes, short summary of the weekend and time for the return journey.

This is how the Adventure Training Weekend ends - with a head full of good memories, new skills and the certainty that Adventure begins where the asphalt ends.
